Cherry Buffalo Mozzarella

A unique pleasure for an inimitable taste. A tasty product in keeping with Italian dairy tradition, which retains all the flavour of fresh milk even after processing. Buffalo Mozzarella owes most of its unique characteristics to the fresh buffalo milk from which it is made.
It is a fresh pasta filata cheese made exclusively from milk, salt and rennet and is characterised by an ancient artisanal production process.

Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella "Provola"

Our Smoked Buffalo Provola is produced using only high quality raw milk from buffaloes fed with fresh fodder. Smoking takes place naturally, according to tradition, to give it a tastier and more authentic flavour.
Ideal for those looking for a stronger, old-fashioned flavour, to savour again the products of the past and enjoy a gastronomic experience to be told.

Burrata

Our Burrata is made from fresh milk and processed using artisanal methods. It is filled with delicious strands of buffalo milk covered with a sea of cream and encased in a tasty mozzarella di Bufala as if it were a loving mother's womb, for mozzarella has always been associated with femininity.

Smoked "Buffalo" Burrata

is the more sophisticated and whimsical sister of our Burrata.
Everything delicate and tasty about the classic burrata, she enriches with that very special flavour obtained from smoking.

Stracciatella

This exquisite speciality is made from strips of buffalo mozzarella and fresh cream from cow's milk. In fact, the mozzarella is 'torn' by hand, creating irregular filaments which are then mixed with the cream from the milk. The stracciatella also makes up the inside of the 'burrata'.

Fiordilatte

Special for "best" Pizzerias. The paste is milk-white in colour with a fibrous structure, with thin leaves, a soft consistency and a slight elasticity that is more pronounced at the origin, releasing a milky, homogeneous liquid, free of mottling or streaks, when cut and under slight pressure.
