Stracciatella
This exquisite speciality is made from strips of buffalo mozzarella and fresh cream from cow's milk. In fact, the mozzarella is 'torn' by hand, creating irregular filaments which are then mixed with the cream from the milk. The stracciatella also makes up the inside of the 'burrata'.

Stracciatella is a fresh, tasty, creamy cheese that is an excellent side dish for cold cuts starters.
Very good on warm focaccia or pizza, incredible and delicate also with fish dishes.
