Once the package of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana has been opened, pour the whole content into a container and leave it until the moment of consumption in order to avoid that the mozzarella removed in advance from its preserving liquid dries up too much and loses its natural softness. It is advisable to keep the product at room temperature for 2 days if not consumed immediately and then once opened in the fridge for 8 days (see expiry date).
The classic mozzarella has a weight that can vary from 150 gr to 500 gr. On request, Di Criscio can also produce 1kg sizes.
