Burrata
Our Burrata is made from fresh milk and processed using artisanal methods. It is filled with delicious strands of buffalo milk covered with a sea of cream and encased in a tasty mozzarella di Bufala as if it were a loving mother's womb, for mozzarella has always been associated with femininity.

Cutting Burrata di bufala is a real ritual. To cut it, you need a long, serrated knife. The cut must be made by 'serrating' gently without pressing too hard.
It is available in sizes of: 130gr.
