Smoked "Buffalo" Burrata

is the more sophisticated and whimsical sister of our Burrata.
Everything delicate and tasty about the classic burrata, she enriches with that very special flavour obtained from smoking.

This exquisite speciality, like the classic burrata, has mozzarella (buffalo) and fresh cream (cow's milk) in it. In fact, the mozzarella is "torn" by hand, creating irregular filaments which are then mixed with the cream and fill the Burrata.
